Pathfinder 2e Forge

Hello,

I played Starfinder on FGU and it has an excellent "forge" feature that allows one to create items by combining runes, items, and the like. I have noticed a need for something like this in PF2e when I am distributing magic items and I am wondering if something like this already exists or is even possible?

Take my money, please!

Yea. This is something I would pay money for if someone did it and put up their cashapp tag or something.
I end up opening every PF2 module I own and typing +1 or +2 in the search bar and scouring the weapons, hoping to find one that's close to what I need.
