One of the guy's I play with said he paid for an expanson that consitits of most of the Rule books that arnt core. Stuff like Physoincs.

Psionics are in the SRD. They are in DA's Complete SRD.

That seems unlikely, since WotC is hogging all their licenses for D&D material. AFAIK, psionics isn't SRD, is it?
