Class Warlock
Patron: The Sleepless One, a manifestation of latent pionic energy that ever creature has manifesting within the collective dreams. Basically dreams given form.

Basic run down
Expanded Spell List
Level 1 spells gained through expanded spell list, sleep, sanctuary, detect thoughts, lesser restoration, feign death, glyph of warding, mordenkainen's private sanctum, mordenkainen's faithful hound, dream, and hallow.
Level 1 feature: Insomniac
You have a natural aura about you, something which makes it so others have a hard time sleeping. Starting at first level as an action you can cause a Target you can see within 60 feet of you to make a wisdom saving throw or become unable to sleep the next long rest causing exhaustion.
Starting at level 6 target gains 2 levels of exhaustion, at level 10 target gains 3 levels of exhaustion, and level 14 gains 4 levels of exhaustion.
Level 6 feature: Restful
Your pact with the sleepless one has boosted your own resting ability. Starting at level 6 your short rest only requires 30 minutes instead of an hour, and your long rest only needs 6 hours instead of 8.
Starting at level 14 your long rest only needs 4 hours.
ALT: level 14 this feature extends to the party.
Level 10 feature: Nap Time
You may as an bonus action try to force a target to go to sleep (this is not considered magical sleep so it effects elves). The target must succeed a constitution saving throw, on a failed save target falls sleep for 1d4+charisma turns.
You may use this feature a number of times a day equal to your proficiency modifier.
level 14 feature: No rest for the wicked
As a reaction you can absorb exhaustion for other creatures, will creatures automatically, unwilling creatures must succeed a wisdom saving throw. You can absorb up to 4 levels, gaining a bonus to your spell save dc, attacks, and damage equal to the chart below. Exhaustion gained through this feature goes down one Level per long rest.

Your pact gives you resistance to exhaustion give effects (advantage on saves vs exhaustion). In addition starting at 10th level the effects of level 1 exhaustion no longer effects you, instead starting at level 2. Starting at 14th level the effects of level 1 and 2 exhaustion no long effect you, instead starting at level 3.
