FX Edit?

I know on a map you can add rain, wind, fog, ect, but is there a way to edit the effect. Basically I want to add a "green" fog to the map. Thank you!

No, you can not edit the effects in that way; but you could try adding an FX layer along with some colored ambient lighting.
