Attack and Damage roll non-functional in AD&D 2e

I have noticed that when you roll attacks in the AD&D 2e ruleset that the attacks and damage die rolls don't show in the chat and also do not register on the opponent. Is this a problem with the ruleset? Is there a fix?

Are you running any extensions? If so, can you try without loading any extensions?

Have you successfully used the rolls previously? If so, when did they stop working?

Thanks for the quick response.

I used the roll at the beginning with no problem. Not sure when they stopped working because I was playing Pathfinder with no problems. I do have player agency and The Theme: FG Dungeon running.

Must have been one of the extensions. Rolls are working again.
