Question of where something should go in a NPC

I have the following text in some NPCs and I wanted to make certain it gets put where it belong.

Under the section "Legendary Actions" before the first action I have some text:

The horror can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. The horror regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.


I've been putting this in the Other tab. Is there any location that is better?

Under legendary actions, in the first row add "Options" as the title. Then your highlighted text in the description.

Then list each of the legendary actions in it's own row.
