Based on a conversation from the Discord I emailed FG about the possibility of selling .mod files on Storyteller's Vault like you can with D&D on the DMsGuild. You can't, but that's ok, you can do better.

Paradox has OK'd Vampire 5e content via the Forge (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?69811-Crafter-Guidelines-Linking-to-other-items-in-your-Forge-items&p=614166&viewfull=1#post614166).
Quote from that thread:
"Paradox Interactive - You can write your own modules and link to official Vampire the Masquerade modules in your modules as long as you don't copy the original source material."

FG has confirmed that we can create V5 content and link to the FG books and upload them to the Forge for free or paid. In addition the content is not exclusive, so we can still also sell it on Storyteller's Vault.

So, while we cannot sell .mod files on Storyteller's Vault we can sell them via the Forge and then sell the PDF of the content via Storytellers Vault.
