Side panel blank after latest update -- can't see spells, history, etc

After the latest update, my core modules were unloaded, and I don't have any of the options to see spells, characters, history, images, etc. I'm running a 5e game. I tried reloading modules, but still can't find where to re-add spells, etc.

The options moved from Library to settings, I found them. Feel free to lock or delete this thread.
