I have a standard license where I develop magical items in an off-line manner. I do not run campaigns as a GM. Is there a way I can transfer a magical item to my GM so the entire group can use it if appropriate? I don't want to make a mod, extension or accessory for a single item; I don't really know how to do that.

The only way for your group to use an item would be to create a module - send it to your DM - and your DM can then share with the group.
