Hi all,

I took my computer to the repair shop recently and on returning it they'd moved around some folders on my computer, which seems to have impacted Fantasy Grounds. The technicians seem to have saved all the files from what I can see that were on both drives - but I don't know how to get them where they need to be.

Here are the two error messages I'm getting:

4932349324

Any help would be appreciated. It's a campaign I've been running for a year, so I'm pretty upset about it.

Cheers.

I'd suggest you try reintalling FGU in the first instance. Delete the old installation first 0 that is the install files - not your data folder.

Oh thanks, I was starting to consider that this might be the best option. I've made a copy of all the files just in case.

Does that mean deleting all the C:\drive files other than those in the App directory? (Does this involve hitting the uninstall button?)

Or do you mean in specific folders?

The error shown in screenshot #1 is usually fixed by installing the Visual C++ distributable. Get the 64-bit package - details in this post: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?51576-Error-when-starting-joining-a-campaign&p=459814&viewfull=1#post459814
