Xanathar's location roll should be d100

Currently in Waterdeep Dragon Heist, the "Xanathar's Location" table has it rolling d100 + d10 rather than just a percentile dice

this also affects
"Terenzio and Elzerina's Location"
"Victoro's Location"
and
"Ammalia's Location"

I haven't checked if any other table rolls intended to be percentile have this happening as well.
Currently though this means that these rolls have a min of 2, and a max of 110
