Converting Question

I have been building an adventure in FG Unity using the Pathfinder (1e) system.

I have a bunch of new players that are more familiar with the D&D 5e system.

Is there a way to convert my whole campaign from Pathfinder to 5e?

Not easily. Things like the story entries and images will be fine but NPCs, items etc won't port over.
