Just a small FYI as it's not a game stopper, but also, I don't imagine it is by design.
D&D 5E, no extensions or mods loaded.
1) Select an ambient lighting preset from the Presets Combo in the Ambient Lighting Settings, eg Dusk or Sunlight etc. --> everything works as expected.
2) Now select "None" from the same combo and ambient lights are indeed turned off, however, the combo value remains on whatever the previous setting was.
My expectation after step 2 would be that the combo says "None" as per the selection.
