Arcane Backgrounds

Is it possible (or maybe planned) to access the new Arcane Backgrounds via Sidebar or just from the Libray Module itself?

It's planned, yes, as is a GUI to create new ones yourself. For now, just the link in the book from the Library.

You can access them by opening Powers from sidebar and clicking "Arcane Backgrounds" button

That is most likely as it is new (added when multiple Arcane backgrounds were possible)
