Hello,

I have an issue with one player not being able to connect to one of my PF1 campaigns. She can connect to other campaigns of mine, but one campaign she cannot. All the other players have no problems.
Her log file shows the following errors:

Is she reconnecting each time, or is she using a history login session? Some people have had trouble with just the basic entry of passwords, such as sticky keys or bad keys on their keyboards. It could be a silly error like a misspelling or even a caps vs lower-case thing. You may also want to also provide your log as well. Also, make sure you are not sharing huge assets or tons of maps at once... That might be flooding her?

What kind of connection is she on? Does it have enough bandwidth to support all the downloading for the stuff the GM has shared? (Moving from wireless to wired, or at least closer to wireless access point can help.) (Also, satellite/mobile connections aren't very strong on throughput.)

Additionally, she should check to see if she has any software or router settings that might be blocking or throttling communications? (ad blockers, internet filtering, parental controls, SPI firewall, etc.)

Just to followup:

Three other players could connect to this campaign successfully, only this user could not. However this user could connect to my other PF1 campaigns, no problem. The difference between the two PF1 campaigns is a couple of Paizo PF1 modules and two extensions.
I enabled only the modules and extensions from my other PF1 campaign, and this user could now connect.
If I am able to track down the exact module or extension that caused the problem, I will post a follow-up.

Thank you everyone for your help. :)

I would say it's probably something related to that player's network that is causing the issue then. That's what we've typically seen when only one user is having problems, but multiple others are not.
