I think I'm in the right place to ask if there is any way to create an effect for Specialist Bow Warriors.

UPD: also I've found some useful "spells".
Open Spell menu, select group All, then search for Point Blank shot.
Add this spell to custom spell group of your charater (tab Actions), then use this "spell" on yourself, it will add needed modifiers to your next shot (I'm using PF2e)

In the AD&D 2E ruleset.

IFT:RANGE(30);ATK:2

That will give the attack +2 to hit if in 1-30 feet of the target (assuming you're map is using feet). Just keep in mind it only works if you're using a map with tokens on the map.
