I observed that it is quite slow to delete parts of terrain occluders. For example, deleting the single occluder from the terrain polygon in the attached screenshot takes 4-6 seconds: Capture.JPG (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=49133). Deleting an entire terrain polygon is quick, it is when deleting a subset of points that it is slow. I've observed this on two different systems.
This is in a new 5E campaign with no extensions. To re-create:
Load module Tomb of Annihilation
Open map titled "Player Map - Rotten Halls"
Delete parts of a terrain occluder, for example the point in screenshot
