I was working to fix some maps earlier today and noticed that things like flickering / pulse / flash didn't seem to be working. I'll link to a clip of my streaming it on twitch https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1143359330
Edit: or at least i don't think it was working, it was admittedly hard to tell through the fog and the section i highlighted wasn't one where i'd disabled the fog to check if that was the cause.
