No extensions loaded, 2E ruleset. When exporting I get this error.

I've tried various other thumbnails, various other directories and keep getting the same thing.
This code is in/from CoreRPG. I get the same thing using Author (uses the same code CoreRPG does).
If the thumbnail field is empty it exports fine.
Anyone a clue WHY?
