I've got a bit of a problem and I can't figure out what's wrong. I'm pretty good with Fantasy Grounds. Last week, I set up a custom map with LOS and lighting and we played a session on the map. Everything worked fine.

Today, after logging in, none of the players have vision on that map. JUST that map. If I move them to another map from the module, everything is fine. If I turn on Player Vision Preview, the map is completely black. Logging in as a player shows me the same thing. This map was fine when we ended the session last week and I haven't changed anything. Screenshots of what it looks like with Player Preview on, as well as the settings. I tried toggling other options off/on. Nothing is bringing back vision for them. I also tried deleting them from the combat tracker and adding them back. It's not a token issue.

Edit: More info: This is 5e with a custom map for GoS that I set up. Every other map in the module is working fine.

Edit: Disregard. Somehow a global mask got turned on. Disabled and fixed. Not sure how that happened.

Thanks for posting the solution.

I guess I'm an idiot. I have no idea how that got turned on. I've never even used that option on that map. Just relieved my map didn't get nuked before the next game.

There's a Global Mask tab in the image data panel that can be turned on to create hard masks that override vision/lighting. This is how maps were uncovered in previous versions of FG, before vision/lighting. Also, it can be useful to make sure that certain areas are not exposed if you have players that run amok in a dungeon with vision/lighting without token locking enabled.

Thanks for posting your findings.
