I've used a PDF extraction tool to extract image files. They come in two parts: The image with a black background, and a clipping mask. How can I combine the two to create a PNG with a transparent background?

I would just use Paint3d and use the tool "smart marking", it's a very easy way to separate the object from the black background, then save it as a transparent png, there's also Pixlr if you just want to switfly let the AI handle this.
