I got a new computer and installed steam and then downloaded Fantasy grounds entered my number and it shows as a free version.
How do I get my Standard version on my new computer and a free version on my now back up computer?
Ideas?

On your new computer enter your Key (go to Store>Order history on the menus above to get your key). Once you have the key entered, run an update.
On your old computer, remove the key from the Settings, then run an update.
At least that is how it should work.
NOTE: Things like your Campaigns, any custom modules, custom extensions, etc. won't transfer over, they are on your old computer.

Since I am having a similar issue I thought I might try to find help in this thread as well.
So I am having an issue after having my SSD die on me and having to reinstall my entire PCs worth of stuff on a new one including FGU. I have an FGU Ultimate license, but after the reinstall none of my purchased modules are showing up for for me to be able to load them from the library.
So my two questions are:
1) What information do I need to provide either support or the forums to get help for this?
2) Is there any way for me to check if the files for the modules I own were installed properly onto the new PC?

All of your purchases should be tied to your login. If you select Order History under Store in the menu at the top, it should show all of your purchases. If it doesn't, then you are likely logged in under a different username than what you used to purchase the modules originally.

I only have one account and I am able to successfully log in in the FGU installer/updater.

When you submit your ticket to support, please add the logs from the Troubleshooting section of the Settings.

Another possibility, if you copied over your FG Data directory, you should delete your vault folder and then run an Update. Vaults copied from a different computer will not work, and I'm not sure they will be updated as needed if they already exist.
