I've been playing FG for a while, end this issue started to happen a few months ago.
Some players were being disconnected randomly, and at start I thought it could be because of internet connections.
But the disconnection ocurred only on FG. Today, the same 3 players were disconnecting, and always at the same time. This made me discard the possibility of connection, because two of them use different providers, and the third one lives in another country.
Every time they connected, the launcher showed the need for an update, even though the game was updated correctly (not showing difference from versions to me, the DM).
There's any one there suffering from teh same problem? What could be causing this?
Thanks to everyone who can help.

Usually, if multiple players are disconnecting at the same, then it's an indication that something on the GM connection to the Internet is closing connections (i.e. security software, router settings, Internet provider settings). You can send in the logs from both GM and player right after a disconnection (so we can see the conversation from both sides); but it's typically that the connection was forced closed by something external.

If you use an Internet provider that provides an "Advanced Security" option on your user account (such as Comcast or Cox); I would start with that.

Otherwise, I would try looking at settings in any security software installed on your machine (if anything besides Windows Defender); as well as looking at any Internet settings that may be throttling (quality of service, bandwidth limitation, etc.) or blocking (ad blocking, parental control, SPI firewall, etc.). You can always try disabling options temporarily to see what is causing the issue.

Also, we've had some people use VPNs to diagnose whether the issue is on the machine, or somewhere between machine and Internet.
