How do I remove the fireball effect from my theme?

I was using the fireball effect from the FG Art Pack in a 5e game LMoP module) and once used, unfortunately it won't go away.

I cleared it from the map, but it won't go away from my theme and it is also on my player's themes as well.

Also, is there an easier way to use it? from my viewing of the video, it seem to be a drop and remove effect. this seemed a major muscle movement to move rather than a simple aid for players to see spell effects.

In the Options window, you can turn off the Decal using the Desktop: Decal image option.
