I'm considering purchasing the Princes of the Apocalypse adventure for FGU, but I have a question about it first: does it have the "walls" for line of site already built into it, or will I have to add them myself? What about the light effects that have recently been added to FGU?

Yes it does. You can tell when you look at the store the ones with Line of Sight will have the small LOS symbol near them, as you can see here;

Actually, the LOS is for the walls and occluders, I don't know about lights, but vision will be enabled for the characters who have darkvision or are marked as carrying a torch.
