You may find that a person that has tons of experience in D&D runs into a wall on your site because they lack the knowledge of what you expect them to know off hand about discord or your procedures into any of your classes or how to go about scheduling. Being knowledgeable doesn't help if you can't help someone navigate your discord.

Remember we are all volunteers. We have people join with all sorts of different skill levels. I think you are not aware of our resources, and there is no way to cover everything that one might need. We have made attempts to explain our process and our associated educational asks. We are currently working on an easier solution for signing up for events, and a single sign-on solution for our Discord & community website. If you do not find our content helpful then I apologize now.

Discord takes some time to get used to for sure. Discord is not what our focus is. We have a handy PDF file that we hand out and links to various resources in our community.
We have done some videos on and about our current website and also about Discord. These are posted on our website and our Youtube Channel about these very things.
I take it that you did not ask anyone or look for any help before you wrote this? If you do not ask or even take a look, we would not know to help you.
