How to change the size of the font for tooltips in a ruleset

Hi

I would like to change the size of the tooltip font since it's barely readable. I am in a custom ruleset and would like to know how I can change it.

You can declare a new font and set it up in the tooltip declaration. Examples can be seen in gameelements.xml and graphics/graphics_fonts.xml for various rulesets. You can see examples in various rulesets, but the best would be CoreRPG.
