We are a group of players seeking an experienced DM to run adventures. We are open to well-written homebrew, but are equally excited to go through some of the pre-written modules. We are open to joining another table (2 players), but we would ideally like to find a DM that is comfortable running a table of 3 players. We enjoy both combat and roleplay equally. We prefer the option to utilize non-UA expansion content (Xanathar's, Tasha's, etc) as we've found it heightens the level of creativity we can employ. We enjoy trying new things and stretching ourselves as players. Strongly prefer a DM who has a strong understanding of the RAW, but isn't afraid to homebrew changes in the interest of improving the playing experience or deviating from the rules slightly in the moment if it allows for epic and memorable moments.
FG License: All players have FGU standard license
Time Zone: EST
Day(s) of week, frequency, and time: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evening. Preferably starting 6 PM or after. Weekly. 1-2 sessions per.
Start Date: ASAP
Term: Players have played together for about 1 year. Open to starting with something shorter, but would ultimately like to go through full campaigns.
Voice: Players have a premium Zoom membership for voice & video. Also have Discord.
Game System Preferred: D&D 5e
Game System Experience: Players have been 5e for about one year.
Fantasy Grounds Experience: Players have been using FGU for about one year. Fast learners comfortable performing up to advanced functions. Definitely not experts.
Character Type Preferred: Players comfortable will a variety of characters types and builds. Enjoy playing the game for its endless options. Enjoy a DM who encourages and appreciates creativity.
