4th editon it looks like. Some folks at Paizo found a backdoor to a forum with this posting before it was password locked, now not having seen it in person before locked I can't be 100% sure but multiple people did get to it apparently:

It certainly seems like it (at least in part). Have a look at the end of Randy Buehler's last blog entry on Gleemax:

That definitely says "online D&D" to me! I guess we'll hear more about it from the folks at GenCon soon...

Yeah, but the rumors also suggest that WotC will be charging licensing fees if you want to publish using the rules. That will kill the small producers and likely a lot of the other publishers as well since the profit margin on supplements tends to be very, very slim.

You can see how the Wizard's version of virtual tabltop is. The Part 2 is that. I cannot help thinking they've developed it inspired by FG, plus flavor of MMRPG's 3D graphics.
