Selecting logout on Forge page fails

What the title says - pulldown on your logged in Name on Forge and select logout and it fails. Was logged in forums before I moved over to Forge page.

To provide some details, the following 404 error is displayed:


Not Found
The requested URL /forums/forums/login.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at www.fantasygrounds.com Port 443

Looks like the URL has two "forums" in it - it should be /forums/login.php not /forums/forums/login.php
