Change ruleset in a campaign

hello,
i made there is a long time a campaign with the builtin d20 ruleset and i want to use the D20srd for this campaign now....
is it possible to change the ruleset whithout rewriting all the campaign ?
( this campaign is for 1.05)

Hi

I'm not familiar with the d20srd ruleset, but if it is data-compatible with the standard d20 ruleset, you should be able to just edit the campaign.xml file and change the ruleset name.

It is always wise to backup your ruleset directory first. I zip mine and keep a copy in a separate backup folder.

Talking about 1.5f, you will not have a problem converting a default d20 campaign to d20SRD. However it is wise to make a backup of your campaign file before you do this.

I think there are instructions in the d20SRD ruleset readme on how to do this but if not what Foen said will work.

yes in fact you just have to edit the campaign.xml file and modifie the "rulset="....
