Ok I can't run FG2 Full or lite but can run FG 1.5

I have purcased the full & lite lisence for FG2 and i keep getting and exe error.
WHAT %^% i send over 60 bucks and can't use your program.:( . I have check the forums and tried checking everything even related to my issue nothing works.

Did you install both to the same machine? That can cause trouble. Did you type in the "-" in the keys? FG2 expects those, FG1 did not.

Can you give us the error message? Easier to troubleshoot if we know that.....
