I found a minor bug with using the CTRL +/- keys while working in a formatted text field table. Tested in clean campaign in Core. No extensions loaded
Expected behavior for the ctrl +/- keys in a table cell is to expand/shrink the size of the cell regardless of its contents.
Observed behavior. When the cell contains only unformatted text, it works as expected. If the cell contains text that is formatted (bold, italic, underline) AND the text cursor is within the formatted text, then the Ctrl +/- keys no longer affect the cell width. if the cursor is moved into an area of plain text, even within the same cell, then the keystrokes work as expected.
