Question regarding 'Player Enabled Saving Throws (Youtube Video)'

I have a quick question that I'm hoping I've done something dumb and is simple to solve.

I have watched Player Enabled Saving Throws (Youtube Video) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ed5FwEsi6c) and have a question on the apply effects.

In the video on the combat tracker, the Gorilla has an 'ApplyAllEffects' text field that you click on to dish out the effects to players who have made the saves. When I try this in my system, the Gorilla is missing the 'ApplyAllEffects' field.

Is there a simple way to turn this on? Have I missed a step?

Manually add an ApplyAllEffects automation entry to the NPC ability.

I'm investigating a reliable, non-intrusive way of making ApplyAllEffects always available. In the meantime manually add it to the relevant abilities.
