4E Problems

Alright, so there is a chance I'm just being really stupid here, but is there no proper 4E ruleset or in built modules? There seems to be no class setting in the ruleset, and no modules you can load up for content. I also can't find any 4E ruleset to purchase on the store. Am I just missing something, or is there no in-built 4E content?

The 4e ruleset comes free with Fantasy Grounds. Smiteworks don't have a license to sell any 4e content so all there is is the ruleset.
