Staves and Wands - Using Spells held in magic items

Hi All,

What skills/bonuses are you using for casting spells from items?

Once the PC has determined the spell using Staves and Wands skill (I think it might be called Attunement now...) I'm using the casters Base Attack value to modify the attack roll.

Any comments/house rules/look at ??? section of spell law welcome.

Answered on the ICE Discord channel = use the items intrinsic level as the BAR for RR spells and the casters Directed Spell skill for elemental attacks.
