View Full Version : Player having strange Loading into Unity (5e)

Hello! As title says, this player keeps loading into my game and gets the view in the attached photo.

He has restarted, I've restarted, no other players report this issue.

Any ideas? Thank you!

I suspect they are missing some files. First make sure they’ve got an exception for FG in their anti virus program. They should also be getting some errors I think, so if they can click on the compile logs button after typing /console in chat and attach them here that might give us more clues.

The libskia error suggests that there are missing files.

So, he had issues uninstalling but he deleted the folder and just reinstalled and he got in.

New problem, when he loads the map, a few minutes later, his computer full on restarts itself and asks if he wants to go into safe mode or normal boot. Yay..

What operating system is he using? And how much memory and video memory does he have?

That sounds like a video driver issue. If a program crashes, then it just goes away; but if a driver crashes, then it can cause the machine to reboot or blue screen.

I can see that because of the Windows Aero theme he's using, he must be on a Windows 7 notebook - which would age it on a minimum 7 to 8 years, if not more.
Good catch. Windows 7 is not supported for FGU. Nor is it supported by Microsoft. They can get Win10 for free if they want.
