SF Module i purchased not showing up in fgu

Hi i purchased the Starfinder near space module however i am unable to access it in fgu any help will be welcome

I'm confused by the screenshots.; hrte.png shows "Starfinder Near Space" and "Starfinder Near Space (Players)", both loaded. Can you give more information. What do you mean by "unable to access"?

Sorry it is not even showing up as an option to load it it is nowhere in my purchased modules and forcing the update has not worked

Your second screenshot of the module activation windows shows the products "Starfinder Near Space" and "Starfinder Near Space (Players)", and shows them loaded. Are these your screenshots?
