Greetings!

I am trying to add the automation to a Necrophidius (bestiary 2) pg180.

For the life of me I have forgotten how to create the automation needed to force a player to do a saving throw.

Can someone direct me to the video which discusses this subject?

Greetings. I keep coming to the forums and I feel i have not really progressed in knowledge.

Here is my issue. I still do not know how automation works. Simple as that. None of the videos that I can find show me HOW to write automation.

Martin does a great job showing how it works but does not tell me how it got there.

I just need a clear example of how to write. I am trying to copy the syntax used for 'gorilla' as shown in a video. Yet its automation has none of the new update features.

If someone could be kind enough to just post the automation for both of the Necrophidius (bestiary 2) abilities I would be very grateful.

I cant even seem to get a simple DC20 fortitude save written. It does not allow me to click on it.

Hey Lars, I think you probably went to my Bestiaries and Automation thread and asked related to this. The information as to how to take that spreadsheet info and use it for yourself (adjusting where necessary) is in there.

I was going to list this all out up here, but I decided to make a video of the process so you can see how to do it within FGU in a step-by-step manner.

Words cannot express the surprise and gratitude I have! I was expecting just a quick lines of code to get me started but instead took the time to make a 50 minute video on exactly how to create creature automation and your tricks on how to keep the syntax correct.

Thank you very much! I got portions of the Necrophidius done and the groups party barely beat it today due to the Paralyze ability.

Your video came just when the party was about to wipe (both the fighter and rogue were frozen) but they turned it around with two lucky strikes.

Again, Thank you so very much for your time. That was far above and beyond exceptional help (and customer service)

I will admit that I was going to write a quick little reply and thought, why don't I make a quick little video instead? 10 minutes max, right? lol.
