Fantasy Grounds has a very thin scroll bar. When using a touch screen, this makes scrolling rather hard. Is there a way to make it wider?

The scrollbar is set at 20 pixels wide by default; and scaled using the UI scale settings. Any changes to the dimensions would require an extension; and would probably cause quite a ripple of clipping and other issues as the UIs on the windows are generally designed for the current 20 pixel width. Your best bet is to increase the UI scale to make things easier to click, and interact with.
One of things to consider is that the FG ruleset experience right now is designed for computer desktops using a mouse. While it's interesting to consider smaller screen and touch screen options (and something I would eventually like to do), it is likely that the entire UI would have to be redesigned to accommodate. And, if the entire UI is redesigned, then all existing rulesets, themes and extensions would not be able to be used. It would be starting from scratch in many ways.

I would think that increasing the width of the scrollbar would not have much impact, since it's at the edge of a window. But I can see that changing that might not be enough. In the end, a UI redesign is very complex, so not holding my breath for that one. Using my iPad for a bit of maintenance and reading does work quite alright by the way. A few issues:
- scrollbar width
- pressing ctrl for adjusting the size of a window is a bit of a hassle
- right click needs a workaround, see here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?67575-Unity-not-recognizing-right-click-through-Remote-Desktop&p=593866#post593866).
All solvable, but the use case is a bit limited.
