Hello, a friend of mine gifted me tashas cauldron of everything trough steam, I can see it in order history at fantasy grounds website, I can see fgu download it after I press check for updates, I can see WOTC5ETCE in vault folder, but I can't see it when I press create new campaign or when I press load campaign in the relevent list. I am using latest version of fgu, I have ultiamte licence, I am using win10, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling fgu, I tried deleting WOTC5ETCE file and reclicking check for updates. Another friend gifted other 2 books after that and I bought one other they all showed up so I can't exactly reproduce the issue. Check for updates button doesn't have a red outliner. How can I fix this issue?

Products aren't installed as campaigns. They are installed as library modules.

Load/create a Dungeons & Dragons 5e campaign, then enable the module from the Library -> Modules window.

Details on this in the Wiki User Guide here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996640899/Using+the+Library+and+Activating+Modules

I think I failed to express myself. What I meant was I couldn't see tashas here:47979

You won’t see it there. Tasha doesn’t have a decal extension.

You won't see anything there for the product, as I don't believe there's a decal extension for this. It's a library data module that needs to be loaded in a 5E campaign - as detailed in my previous post.

Oh. I really misunderstood that. I am sorry to inconvince you. Thank you for your quick responses and for your work in fgu

Don't worry, this often comes up. I think because in Roll20 when you start a campaign you have to pick which products you are going to load (because they limit the number of campaigns you can have that use a given product). FG doesn't work that way (as you can tell from the solutions). You can have an unlimited number of campaigns, and content you own can be used in any number of them, and can be loaded and unloaded as you need it. So, no need to load something until you need it, and you can always unload it when you are not using it anymore.
