Hi there,
Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
steam client application Jun 8 2021
steam API v020

when I lanch FGU ,I have this error message
FGUSteamLauncher
/home/jlg/.smiteworks/fantasygrounds/-FantasyGroundsUpdater not found

and there is no directory .smiteworks/ in /home/jlg/
what step I'm missing ?

Have you tried installing directly from the website instead of using Steam? Same program and if you link your account you should still be able to use your Steam license.
