Ancestry and Culture vs An Elf and an Orc Had a Baby

A long time ago I bought "An Elf and an Orc Had a Baby" from DMsGuild. Recently, I've seen Ancestry and Culture, and I understand there are a few of these. Does anybody have both? How do they compare, in your opinion? Does anybody have just A&C? How is it?

I'm wondering if either work with the Character Wizard. I'm guessing no, but if someone has them, it would be good to know.

I know An Elf and an Orc DOES work with character wizard, so I'd assume Ancestry does too. Ancestry sounds kinda interesting, and sounds like it might have more options, but I did like how "Elf and Orc" reimagined race.
