Modules window too small?

Hello.

The maximum size of the modules window is too small to fit 5 rows of modules into it, but larger than 4 rows. Is this intentional?

I see a similar issue in 5E. Looks to me that the height of the window assumes the entries all have a single row for the module name. And since then the box height changes, the bottom row, assuming any of the entries have title rows that wrap, ends up dropping off the bottom.
