Kia ora,
I installed FGU to try it, but it doesn't really match what I need it to do. I have tried uninstalling it, but it hangs after clicking uninstall. I have attached a photo of the screen that comes up, and after reaching this nothing more happens.
Any ideas on how to get it to uninstall?
Thanks

Just remove the installation folders; if you don't need it then you can remove the FGData folder as well.
Defaults install folder is ProgramFiles>Smiteworks
And the data files default is Users>username>AppData>Roaming>Smiteworks

I'm guessing your application scaling is not set to 100 percent. You might have changed that in FG settings or your graphics driver or your operating system. Change that back, or to something smaller like 80 percent and then restart FG and try to uninstall it.

Check that you don't have a prompt in the background in your task bar - there may be a windows user account control prompt asking to give the rights needed to uninstall.

Hi there, I did have scaling set at 100 % - tried reducing it but still nothing.
There is no UAC dialog box anywhere I can find, and I have tried running it as an administrator.
I have tried uninstalling from within FGU, and via Add/Remove Programs with no luck.
I am reluctant to simply delete the directories as that will not remover registry entries, and it wont remove it from the program list.
Any other ideas? Otherwise I will get in touch with support.
Thanks again

Not from me, sorry. Support (https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals) might have more suggestions.

It would be the same answer as above. Try changing the UI scale to something different; and if that doesn't work, then contact

I am having the same issue. UI scale is set to 100. Every time I try to uninstall from Control Panel or Add/Remove, it does nothing.

Try 85% and 115%, if neither or those work, contact support.

I submitted a ticket with support. I did find the work around and deleted things manually. not my preferred way, but...
