Lighting issues with tokens

I am having an issue where pcs are able to repeatedly click on their token and the lighting toggles back and forth between the vision they are supposed to have and that of another token. This occurs regardless of whether the party vision and movement is turned on or off. Any suggestions would be helpful other than telling the players not to repeatedly click on their tokens.

Do they have multiple characters? If so that is how it is supposed to work.

Or if you have party vision on, then again it is working as intended.

But if not, please verify you do not have party vision on and all extensions have been disabled then provide screen shots with steps to reproduce.
