Ever since the last FG Unity update, one of my players/clients can't access our game. His computer connects, attempts to download the data modules, but then the character list, library, and modules are all empty. He can't see anything the other players are seeing. Below is the error in the network.log file. Any ideas???

I'm going to have him check his firewall settings and see if that is blocking it.

Sounds like there's some form of flood protection kicking in. Get them to check their Internet router for anything like that.

I'm the player having issues and found that I could join other public campaigns as a player without issue. I also can host a campaign and other players can access my modules. When I log into danlswanson's campaign my character is not available and if click the create a new character I don't see the character creation page. I also don't have access to anything in the library. If I open the Party Sheet and Combat Tracker I can see all of the character names but not their tokens. I can't see chat but others can see my chat if I type something in.
Here is my console log.

The rest of the console log is Network Send File Requests but the forum won't let me post them.
Post denied. New posts are limited by number of URLs it may contain and checked if it doesn't contain forbidden words.
I also have my network and player logs if there is anything in them that may help solve this issue. I was accessing the campaign without issue every two weeks for months until two weeks ago.

Can you post the ZIP file generated by "Compile Logs" from the FG console? This contains all the logs needed to investigate issues such as this.

Rob - I'm going to create a new campaign and see if you can connect to that. I'll send you the connection info via Discord.
That should at least tell us if it is something in our current campaign, or if it is any campaign that I create.

UPDATE - I created a new campaign "Agents of Edgewatch - Part 2" and Rob (the player/client) was able to connect. So I am guessing one of the loaded modules is causing a problem??? Any thoughts???
I'm going to try unloading some modules to the original campaign and see if he can connect.

It is possible that having a lot of modules loaded in the campaign is causing a lot more packets to be sent on initial connection which is then triggering some sort of network security for flooding, etc. Perhaps have the user check their router or third party security software on their machine to see if they have anything related to throttling or flooding?

So I unloaded some of the modules in the library (and made them not available to PCs). Had him try to connect and he was able to get in and access his character. I have loaded a few modules again and he is still able to connect.
So, I guess it was too many modules for the network to handle???

Too many modules when he first connected that his router's security protocols decided it was a threat/attack. Having him connect and load a subset and then later on loading the rest was not seen as a threat.
