Drag Groups from Combat Tracker

I recently switched to Unity and it seems that I can't use the Friendly/Neutral/Hostile buttons on the bottom of the combat tracker to drag all NPCs of that type to the map. Was this removed as a feature, or do I have a bug to troubleshoot?

This is working for me. Test in a new campaign without extensions first.
