Hi,

i just saw the new "modern dark theme" and am wondering if it works with starfinder too? The screenshots are, a gain, from D&D 5e, so i'm not sure about the compatibility.

It should. Any issues where it doesn't will get fixed quickly if you report them in the House of Healing.
