Effect Dagger of Venom

Hi. I am trying to add an effect to the Dagger of Venom. I need it do a Constitution saving throw of DC15 and if they fail, it will do 2d10 of additional damage. I cant seem to work it out, nor can I find the answer on the wiki. Can someone please give me the syntax for this to work. Thanks.
